The District 215 (D215) Podcast Team is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Toastmasters to help inspire, inform,and connect members across our district. If you are passionate about communication, leadership, storytelling, or content creation, we would love to have you on our team.

Serving on the podcast team is a great way to expand your Toastmasters experience while developing valuable leadership and communication skills. As a team member, you will:
- Increase your visibility throughout D215 and reach a broader audience.
- Connect, collaborate, and network with Toastmasters from across the district.
- Strengthen your communication, leadership, and technical skills.
- Earn education credit through applicable Pathways projects and electives.
- Help share inspiring stories, best practices, and educational content with fellow members.

| Marketing & Social Coordinator | Creates graphics and captions, schedule posts, writes episode summaries, helps increase audience engagement. | Writing, branding, marketing, creativity |
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the D215 Podcast Team, applicants must:
- Maintain an active Toastmasters International membership for at least two (2) consecutive renewal cycles.
- Be a member in good standing of a Toastmasters club that is also in good standing
- Demonstrate a general knowledge of Toastmasters International and District 215. Club or district leadership experience is welcomed but not required.
- Commit to serving on the podcast team for one (1) program year, including participating in a monthly podcast recording.
- Attend monthly podcast team planning meetings.
- Have access to appropriate recording equipment, including a microphone, headphones, and a laptop or desktop computer with a webcam.
