Education Series

our Mission

The Emerging Leaders Committee is committed to identifying, developing, and empowering Toastmasters members to become confident, capable leaders through education, mentorship, and meaningful leadership experiences. The committee provides a variety of opportunities that encourage members to discover, prepare for, and actively participate in Toastmasters leadership at the club, Area, Division, District, and International levels. By cultivating leadership year-round, the committee serves as the foundation for developing the next generation of leaders while supporting the District's long-term succession planning.

Our Vision

To create a sustainable leadership pipeline where every member with the desire to lead has the opportunity, resources, mentorship, and experience necessary to achieve their leadership potential.
